Missing Chars, Incorrect ID, Penalized, Unusual? Look here!!

Hey everyone. we have a few updates and a special request.

If you were receiving the “Penalized, Unusual Activity” message your accounts should be corrected now. Please try to login.

Incorrect ID issues are being resolved on a case by case basis but should be resolved quickly.

Missing characters are being recovered. If you have your character but it doesn’t have the skills, equipment, etc. We will not be able to recover all of your items, but we will attempt to compensate you so that you can acquire the skills and items again.

Please make the subject line the issue you are having.
