I guess technically it is 7/18 in some places.

Just a little restart to put everything in place for Siege and such.. expect a little patch to the client too.

Acclaim and GameHi have identified an issue that causes the server hard crash.

In an effort to prevent the loss of player data we have a system in place that identifies the trend that leads to the crash and force an Emergency Maint. to reboot the server. We will be making in-game announcements to warn you that the server will be going down.

Please move to another shard to prevent the loss of your gains during your play time.

Over the past month Acclaim has worked with the Players Advisory Boards, the Moderators and VGMs to overhaul the Rules of Conduct. The goal was to bring a unified rule set that was the same from game to game and forum to forum.

Additionally we have also produced a Player’s Bill of Rights that outlines how you may not only find out why we may have taken action with your account, but also a way for you to petition us for a review of those actions if you felt there was a mistake.

A day early but I wanted to give you advanced notice.

Friday the 18th 2Moons will go under cascading maintenance.

Expected Time:
10AM ~ 6PM PDT

GMs will announce in game to let you know when to migrate to a different shard.

We will be pulling down the shards one by one over the 8 hour period per server group.

Purpose of this maintenance is for
1. Security enhancements on all of the game servers
2. Hardware upgrade for some of the old servers

With luck we will see improvements in playability for all players.

Hey everyone. we have a few updates and a special request.

If you were receiving the “Penalized, Unusual Activity” message your accounts should be corrected now. Please try to login.

Incorrect ID issues are being resolved on a case by case basis but should be resolved quickly.

Missing characters are being recovered. If you have your character but it doesn’t have the skills, equipment, etc. We will not be able to recover all of your items, but we will attempt to compensate you so that you can acquire the skills and items again.

So a some of you will get an error when you start the game and the launcher window opens…

Just shove that bad boy out of the way, don’t close it and click start.

Once the game loads you might be able to go back and close the error, but otherwise it will not effect your gameplay.

Vista users will need to run the minilauncher as administrator on VISTA at leaset once to get it successfully updated to the latest version.

Reported Issues
These are issues that have been reported but have not been confirmed by our team. If you can offer screen shots for these that will help us.

Woody pet comes asleep not awake.
Awakening item does not work on woody.

Game ‘hangs’ at many points including pvp start, DF, Seeing the autoloot pets on other people.

Any low level quests already completed are now repeatable.
This is due to the restructuring of the quests. Not really a bug. (more…)
